Joanie has been sharing her passion for photography for almost 25 years. Her love of nature, wildlife, beautiful places and special events, has truly become her full-time calling. She has also found it very exciting and inspiring to recently discover the joy of street portraiture and documentary photography.

Her mission is to inspire you, create a feeling within you, and possibly teach you something through her work. To deepen her passion and purpose as an artist, Joanie challenges herself with educational enrichment through The Rocky Mountain School of Photography and by participating in workshops and seminars with The Mindful Eye.....a community where you are educated, supported, and inspired to pursue your passion of photography.......and encouraged to make the world a better place by sharing your joy with your camera.

She is a member of the Chatham Chamber of Commerce, the Cape Cod View Finders Camera Club, and Business Networking International. She also supports such organizations as the Mount Washington Observatory,
National Audubon Society, the Appalachian Mountain Club, and America's National Parks.

Some of her commercial clients include: Taste the Rainbow Catering, Chatham Tile and Design, Malabar Construction, The Total Strangers, Crocker Nurseries, Christ Church of Harwichport , the Dan Sullivan Trio, King's Way Golf Community, Chatham Dental, the Cape & Islands K-9 Relief Fund and Nauset Disposal.

Joan's images have been featured in calendars, commercial TV spots, the Cape Cod Chronicle, commercial websites and most recently in the June issue of Cape Cod Magazine.
